Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed KYC due diligence checks on new and existing clients in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation and maintain up-to-date client records.

• Assess and verify the identity of individuals and entities through thorough review of client documentation.

• Perform client risk assessments and determine client risk profiles.

• Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage and monitor the periodic review process to ensure timely updates.

• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to collect necessary KYC information and resolve discrepancies.

• Support and assist in AML/CFT screening and flagging suspicious activities as per DWS Group policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Prior experience in KYC/AML processes, preferably in financial services or investment firms (0-4 years).

• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and guidelines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
