Job Description

Hiring for AML KYC analyst – Hyderabad

A leading multinational company is hiring for roles in Conduct Risk, Risk & Control, Investment Banking, Business Controls, and RCSA.

Position Details

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 to 13 years of relevant experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with a Back Office background rather than Front Office

Job Location:

  • Hyderabad, India

Compensation:

  • Salary hike of up to 25-30% on your current CTC
  • Target range: ₹16 LPA to ₹25 LPA (depending on experience and current CTC)

Working Hours:

  • Shift timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Notice Period:

  • Candidates with an immediate to 90-day notice period are eligible to apply

Interview Process:

  • Virtual Interview Date: 31st January 2025

Candidate Profile

Key Skills and Expertise:

  1. Hands-on experience in:
    • Conduct Risk and Risk Management processes
    • Investment Banking operations
    • Business Controls and oversight
    • Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
  2. Proven ability to work in complex risk and compliance environments
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Familiarity with operational processes in the Back Office

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented professionals with a proactive approach to risk mitigation
