eClerx is hiring Global KYC Experts to join its team in Mumbai. The role focuses on conducting in-depth KYC reviews, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and periodic reviews to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards. This is a specialist role and not a general team management position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end KYC reviews, including periodic/rolling reviews, sanctions screening, and PEP checks.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with global KYC and AML regulations.
- Identify discrepancies, risks, and inconsistencies in KYC documentation and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with KYC operations teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Monitor transaction activities to detect and report suspicious behavior.
- Ensure adherence to international regulatory frameworks and internal compliance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in KYC, AML compliance, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards and risk assessment techniques.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle complex KYC cases.
- Strong communication skills and experience in handling KYC reviews for corporate clients.
