We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join our dynamic compliance team in Bangalore. Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end corporate KYC due diligence in accordance with internal client onboarding policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

• Review and process periodic KYC refresh cases for various client types, including private/public companies, trusts, and partnerships.

• Validate legal entity documentation such as Certificates of Incorporation, Memorandums & Articles of Association, Shareholding structures, and Authorized Signatory lists.

• Perform sanctions screening, adverse media screening, and PEP checks as part of the KYC process.

• Manage your own case pipeline and ensure accurate and efficient completion of reviews within established SLA timelines.

• Utilize multiple internal and external sources to obtain, verify, and upload client data and documentation into designated platforms.

• Proactively follow up on pending documents and information with internal stakeholders and escalate complex or high-risk cases as required.

• Ensure that all KYC records are fully compliant and audit-ready.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of prior work experience in KYC operations, preferably in a bank, financial institution, or compliance service provider.

• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and sanctions regulations, both domestic and international.

• Knowledge of various corporate structures and documentation standards.

• Familiarity with tools used for screening and due diligence, such as World-Check, Dow Jones, LexisNexis, etc. (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex documents.

• Capable of handling sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
