TCS Hiring for KYC/AML Analysts – Chennai

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for new and existing clients to ensure full compliance with KYC/AML regulations.

• Perform detailed KYC checks, ensuring all customer information and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

• Analyze and verify the source of funds, financial background, and business relationships to assess potential money laundering or terrorist financing risks.

• Investigate and report suspicious transactions or activities, following regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

• Ensure adherence to both local and international AML laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to KYC/AML processes and compliance.

• Prepare and submit reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in KYC/AML, preferably in a financial institution or related industry.

• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, and EDD processes and frameworks.

• Familiarity with global AML regulations and financial crime prevention standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial data.

• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in using compliance systems and MS Office.
