We are looking for an experienced KYC Team Lead to join a fast-growing, dynamic compliance team. If you’re a driven professional with a strong background in end-to-end KYC processes and leadership, this is a great opportunity to step into a strategic role.

As a KYC Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the onboarding and periodic review processes for a wide range of client types. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a deep understanding of KYC/AML regulations and process optimization.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of KYC analysts to ensure timely and accurate onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the KYC process, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and complex client cases.

• Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.

• Ensure documentation and record-keeping are in line with audit and regulatory expectations.

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of total experience in KYC, AML, or financial crime compliance.

• At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of client onboarding, due diligence (CDD/EDD), and risk rating methodologies.

• Experience with regulatory frameworks including FATF, OFAC, and other international AML guidelines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict deadlines.
