We are currently hiring experienced professionals for the role of Fraud Analyst – Email Support to join a dynamic and fast-paced fraud prevention team in Gurgaon.
Investigate and analyze suspicious transactions reported via email or flagged by internal systems.
Conduct thorough reviews of customer profiles, transaction patterns, and documentation to detect potential fraud.
Identify trends, root causes, and risks related to fraud or identity theft.
Document findings and maintain detailed case records in internal systems.
Respond professionally to customer queries regarding flagged activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, and operations.
Maintain adherence to company procedures and applicable AML/KYC regulations.
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Fraud Analysis, AML, or KYC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
