Hiring for AML/KYC – Hyderabad
Senior Process Executive (SPE): Minimum 2.5 years of AML/KYC experience | CTC: ₹5.55 LPA
Subject Matter Expert (SME): 5 years of AML/KYC experience | CTC: ₹7.61 LPA
Team Lead (TL): 8 years total experience with at least 1.5 years of team handling (10–20 member team) | CTC: ₹11.00 LPA
Service Delivery Manager (SDM): 11 years total experience with at least 3 years of team handling (50–80 member team) | CTC: ₹23.41 LPA
Responsibilities:
• Conduct complex AML/KYC investigations and case reviews
• Perform end-to-end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and client onboarding
• Review and escalate Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Execute Sanctions and PEP screening
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk teams
• Manage periodic reviews and high-risk account assessments
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (for SME/TL/SDM roles)
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven domain expertise in AML/KYC, CDD, and sanctions compliance
• Experience in handling high-risk or complex financial cases
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Only immediate joiners or those with up to 15 days notice will be considered
• Candidates with 60–90 day notice periods will not be eligible
