Team Lead / Assistant Manager – RCM Operations
Lead and manage a team of RCM executives to achieve performance targets
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and manage denial resolutions efficiently
Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and internal quality standards
Drive continuous process improvements and identify performance gaps
Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members
Prepare performance reports and present updates to senior management
Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience as a Team Lead or Assistant Manager in RCM operations
Proven expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Denials Management, and Payer Guidelines
Demonstrated ability to manage team performance and implement process improvements
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must be a graduate (any stream)
Ability to work from the Pune office location
