Hiring for  Senior Associate – Bangalore

We are hiring for the role of Senior Associate – Quality Control at PwC Bangalore. The role requires strong expertise in AML and KYC with a focus on end-to-end quality review of client onboarding and due diligence processes.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on cases to ensure adherence to Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures.

• Verify that analyst conclusions are accurate, clear, and supported by documented evidence.

• Identify and escalate critical issues to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and KYC Managers.

• Highlight risks or problem areas in processes and recommend improvements to enhance the quality of KYC file reviews.

• Provide training and guidance to KYC analysts to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Exercise sound judgment in approving or rejecting cases to mitigate regulatory and reputational risks.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with senior management by providing updates on progress, escalations, and risk observations.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of AML laws, regulations, and their practical application in client KYC reviews.

• Working knowledge of Financial Crime (FC) guidance, global regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.

• Excellent decision-making, organizational, and time management skills.

• Attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

• Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, evolving regulatory environment.

Education: Graduation / Post-Graduation
