Hiring for Client Onboarding Manager-  Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Manager to manage end-to-end onboarding of HNI/UHNI clients while ensuring strict compliance with AML and KYC regulations. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain seamless client experience and regulatory adherence.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of client onboarding for HNI and UHNI clients, including account setup, documentation, and verification

• Ensure all KYC, AML, and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time

• Conduct client due diligence (CDD/EDD) and verify supporting documents

• Monitor and escalate any suspicious activity or discrepancies in client information

• Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Legal) to streamline onboarding processes

• Maintain client records and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on compliance and onboarding procedures

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulations and HNI/UHNI client requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Proficiency in onboarding systems and MS Office
