Job Description

Hiring for  Treasury Client Onboarding –  Pune 


We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Treasury Client Service team. The role involves providing end-to-end support throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, account maintenance, and offboarding. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete client onboarding process, including collection and verification of documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account setup and activation

  • Handle client requests for account updates or modifications

  • Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Support offboarding activities including account closures and secure data archiving

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues within defined SLAs

  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction

  • Prepare MIS reports, audit documentation, and maintain accurate records

  • Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce or Accountancy (essential)

  • MBA in Finance (preferred)

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, account maintenance, or offboarding within Treasury or related financial domains

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Certification in Treasury Client Lifecycle Management is preferred
