Responsibilities:
Update clients’ KYC and suitability information using internal data sources.
Reach out to advisors and internal stakeholders via email for missing or incomplete information.
Process financial transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and processes relevant to AML/KYC operations.
Draft clear, professional, and concise emails for internal and external communication.
Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Support team initiatives to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
