We are looking for a CDD Analyst to join a reputable financial institution in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in compliance, onboarding, or risk management, who are eager to strengthen their expertise in AML and CDD practices

As a Compliance Analyst specializing in Customer Due Diligence, you will play a key role in ensuring the institution’s compliance with UAE regulatory standards. You will review client onboarding, perform due diligence checks, and escalate high-risk cases to ensure that financial crime risks are effectively managed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) during onboarding and periodic reviews of both individuals and corporate clients.

• Collect, verify, and validate KYC documentation as per internal policies and UAE regulatory requirements.

• Identify, assess, and escalate potential AML/CFT risks to senior compliance officers.

• Support in applying Simplified Due Diligence (SDD), CDD, or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where applicable.

• Carry out customer risk assessments and maintain updated risk profiles.

• Stay informed of regulatory updates from CBUAE and other relevant authorities.

• Maintain proper records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and compliance processes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years in compliance, risk, or onboarding within a financial institution or exchange house.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE AML/CFT regulations and customer due diligence frameworks.

• Skills: Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office tools.

• Certifications: AML/Compliance certification preferred but not mandatory (e.g., ICA Certificate in AML).
