We are looking for experienced Sanctions Screening Specialists to join our compliance team. This role is focused on reviewing, analyzing, and adjudicating sanctions alerts to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements such as OFAC and other international sanction bodies.
Perform sanctions screening on transactions and customer profiles to identify potential matches.
Adjudicate alerts by differentiating between true matches, false positives, and potential risks.
Review and escalate alerts flagged under OFAC, UN, EU, and other regulatory sanctions lists.
Document investigation findings clearly and in line with compliance standards.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of alerts.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and sanctions screening best practices.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sanctions screening.
Strong knowledge of OFAC sanctions and global sanctions regimes.
Ability to adjudicate sanctions alerts efficiently and accurately.
Excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interaction.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Professionals currently in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Kolkata.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 20 days.
Candidates with experience in sanctions tools and compliance platforms are preferred.
