Genpact Hiring KYC Analyst – Coimbatore
We are seeking experienced KYC Analysts to join our compliance team in Coimbatore. This role will focus on corporate client KYC processes, regulatory compliance, and ensuring smooth onboarding while adhering to CDD/EDD standards.
Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end KYC reviews for corporate clients.
Collect and validate KYC documentation by directly engaging with clients.
Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in line with regulatory requirements.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance systems.
Stay current with AML/KYC regulations and implement best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries and ensure timely completion of reviews.
Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of hands-on experience in KYC, CDD, and EDD (Corporate Clients).
Strong understanding of KYC regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with clients.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and KYC/compliance systems.
