Hiring for Senior KYC Associate – Remote
We are seeking an experienced Senior KYC Associate to manage end-to-end KYC processes and merchant-related operations for Visa and MasterCard services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in merchant acquiring operations, KYC, and payment platforms, along with team management skills.
Responsibilities
Manage complete end-to-end resolution of merchant queries, complaints, and service requests through the helpdesk in a timely manner
Provide prompt responses and regular communication updates to merchants
Coordinate effectively to ensure resolution of merchant issues, requests, and requirements
Escalate critical merchant complaints or issues requiring senior/management intervention
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for merchant management and acquiring merchant setup
Monitor daily MIS, Business MI, and productivity sheets
Oversee communication related to PJR, merchant settlements, and payment cycles on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Problem-Solving & Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of general banking operations with proven experience in merchant acquiring processes
In-depth understanding of KYC procedures and compliance requirements
Hands-on experience working with Prime Platform and Flexcube systems
Solid understanding of POS/ECOM acquiring products, payment gateways, and aggregator models
Skills & Competencies
Expertise in KYC compliance
Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard processes
Strong team management and coordination skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
