Hiring for KYC Analyst – Hyderabad
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive KYC Analyst to join our team at Tide. This is a remote role (based in Hyderabad) where you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and improving our member experience.
Responsibilities
• Conduct full account reviews (both periodic and event-driven)
• Perform transactional reviews and ensure accurate reporting
• Maintain up-to-date member information in line with compliance requirements
• Communicate with members through written communication only
• Operate with diverse data and documentation as part of CDD and EDD processes
• Identify areas of improvement to enhance efficiency and member experience
• Support various remediation projects as required
• Perform cross-platform research (e.g., Companies House, social media footprint, transaction analysis)
• Carry out business nature analysis and collaborate with multiple departments
Candidate Profile – What Makes You a Great Fit
• Minimum 1+ year of work experience in KYC/Compliance
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in CDD and EDD processes
• Clear understanding of the UK regulatory landscape
• Experience in financial services is highly desirable
• Previous hands-on experience working with Google Sheets
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends from large datasets
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
• Naturally inquisitive, proactive, and able to take initiative in problem-solving
• Strong team player, decisive, adaptable, and goal-oriented
