Open Positions:
Engagement Manager – 14–16 years of experience
Senior Engagement Manager – 16–18 years of experience
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage AML/KYC operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Drive strategic engagement with clients, overseeing key compliance projects.
Mentor and guide teams to maintain high performance and adherence to AML/KYC protocols.
Implement and enhance AML/KYC frameworks, risk assessment procedures, and reporting mechanisms.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of compliance objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Deep expertise in AML/KYC processes and regulations
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent client engagement, communication, and analytical skills
CAMS certification preferred
