The KYC Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end KYC operations, managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality delivery across global jurisdictions. The role involves managing team leads, quality analysts, and analysts while ensuring timely completion of onboarding, periodic reviews, and refresh cases. You will act as the SME for KYC/AML standards, drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and ensure adherence to SLAs. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle escalations, monitor productivity, and implement continuous improvements to strengthen compliance frameworks. Exposure to platforms such as Pega, Fenergo, and Actimize is highly valuable.

 Responsibilities
• Lead and manage KYC teams including TLs and QAs
• Oversee workflow, SLAs, quality checks, and compliance requirements
• Ensure adherence to global KYC/AML policies across NA, EU, APAC
• Act as SME for KYC/AML and account opening procedures
• Drive hiring, performance management, and training
• Handle escalations and ensure timely case resolution
• Collaborate with Compliance, QA, and global stakeholders
• Strengthen operational controls and process efficiencies

Requirements
• 10+ years in Banking, AML, KYC, or Compliance
• Strong knowledge of global AML/KYC regulations
• Experience with Pega, Fenergo, Actimize preferred
• CAMS or equivalent certification is a plus
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
