Hiring for Operations Manager – Mumbai
We are in the process of setting up a digital bank and are looking for an experienced Program Manager – KYC Operations to lead end-to-end KYC initiatives and strengthen our compliance framework.
This is a leadership role responsible for driving KYC programs across onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation while ensuring strong alignment with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage KYC programs and teams across onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation activities
• Oversee day-to-day KYC operations ensuring compliance with AML, CDD, and EDD requirements
• Drive process improvements through automation, workflow optimization, and operational efficiencies
• Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution
• Establish quality governance frameworks, track performance metrics, and ensure audit readiness
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary enhancements to KYC processes
What We’re Looking For
• 7–12 years of experience managing teams in KYC operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in project and program management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive large-scale KYC initiatives in a fast-paced environment
