Job Title: Sanction Screening Analyst

Job Description:

We are urgently looking for a Sanction Screening Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sanction screening and a strong understanding of AML, Compliance, and Sanction Screening protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough sanction screening analysis, including the review of transactions and clients against various sanctions lists.
• Ensure compliance with US sanctions, UK sanctions, and OFAC regulations.
• Utilize basic Excel skills to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure continuous monitoring and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global sanctions and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in Sanction Screening or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of US sanctions, UK sanctions, and OFAC regulations.
  • Proficient in basic Excel operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability: Must be available to join as soon as possible and be willing to work in shifts.

Pre-Interview Questions: Candidates may be asked to answer questions related to AML, Compliance, and Sanction Screening as part of the screening process.
