Capgemini  Hiring for AML Transaction Monitoring  –  Noida

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in banking and compliance, particularly in AML Transaction Monitoring and Quality Control. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of banking/compliance experience, including at least 3–5 years of QC for Transaction Monitoring across NA, EU, and APAC jurisdictions.

 Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20+ analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality in alert/case investigations.

• Review AML alerts and transaction monitoring cases with 95%+ accuracy levels.

• Implement and refine QC processes; recommend improvements to enhance the quality of analyst work.

• Monitor adherence to global AML policies and regulatory standards.

• Conduct in-depth reviews of alerts and escalations, ensuring compliance with AML frameworks.

• Provide feedback and training to team members to improve overall quality and efficiency.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs in line with Capgemini’s standards.

Skills & Expertise Required

• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, global compliance policies, and transaction monitoring practices.

• Proven experience in quality control within AML functions across multiple jurisdictions (NA, EU, APAC).

• Hands-on expertise with tools such as Actimize, Lexis Nexis, World Check, Dow Jones Risk, etc.

• CAMS or equivalent AML certification strongly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.

• Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a large team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience with 5–8 years in banking/compliance.

• 3–5 years of focused QC experience in AML Transaction Monitoring.

• Background in managing teams and driving process improvements.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 30 days will be prioritized.
