Hiring for  Regulatory Compliance Specialist – Bangalore

Capgemini is seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Assessment, Policy Design, and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC). Candidates with prior international exposure will be preferred.

 Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory gap analysis across multiple jurisdictions and ensure alignment with global standards.

• Design, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks to meet evolving regulatory requirements.

• Perform enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify control weaknesses and propose effective mitigation strategies.

• Lead and monitor ongoing compliance programs, ensuring adherence to internal governance and external regulatory expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Risk, and Audit, to manage compliance initiatives and ensure timely reporting.

• Stay updated on new regulations and compliance trends, and provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders.

• Support training programs and awareness sessions to strengthen organizational compliance culture.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance frameworks and principles.

• Proven experience in Policy Design, Risk Assessment, and Compliance Program Management.

• Deep knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), including international compliance standards and best practices.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a global environment and manage multiple regulatory requirements.

• Note: Candidates from AML/KYC operations background only will not be considered for this role.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 4 to 10 years in Regulatory Compliance or Financial Crime Compliance functions.

• Education: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s or professional compliance certification preferred).

• Location: Bangalore (Work from Office).

• Candidates should be willing to relocate if currently outside Bangalore.
