 Responsibilities:

• Transaction Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive monitoring of financial transactions to identify suspicious activities and potential risks of money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of transaction monitoring analysts, ensuring adherence to processes and compliance standards.

• Risk Assessment: Perform detailed risk assessments on flagged transactions, collaborating with other departments to investigate suspicious activities.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the transaction monitoring processes are in line with local and global regulatory standards, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess transaction data, identify trends, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (Compliance, Risk, Legal, etc.) to address findings and ensure timely resolutions.

• Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements and ensure the team adheres to best practices for monitoring and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7 – 11 years in Transaction Monitoring, AML, or Financial Crimes.

• Team Handling: Proven experience in leading teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends in transaction data.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate findings and collaborate effectively.

• Adaptability: Ability to work across various shifts and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
