Capgemini is seeking an experienced AML Transaction Monitoring Trainer to join our compliance team. The role requires delivering high-quality training programs to teams handling transaction monitoring alerts across multiple jurisdictions. The trainer will be responsible for ensuring team members are fully equipped to identify, escalate, and resolve AML alerts according to global regulatory standards. This role involves designing training modules, conducting sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and continuously improving training content to meet evolving compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive AML Transaction Monitoring training sessions for teams across NA, EU, and APAC jurisdictions.

• Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.

• Coach and mentor team members on alert disposition and AML investigation processes.

• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

• Ensure training delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and risk teams to integrate training with real-world scenarios.

• Support team leads in achieving SLAs and KPIs related to AML alert handling.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global AML regulations, policies, and emerging risks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of AML Transaction Monitoring policies and global regulations.

• Proven experience managing a team of 20+ members.

• Hands-on experience in training and coaching teams on alert disposition.

• Familiarity with tools such as Actimize, Lexis Nexis, World Check, Dow Jones Risk, etc.

• CAMS or equivalent AML certification preferred.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt training content for different jurisdictions and team skill levels.
