As part of our ongoing expansion in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain, we are hiring skilled professionals for AML/KYC roles in Hyderabad.

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our AML/KYC operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and internal due diligence standards for global banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation for individual and institutional clients.

• Review customer documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory standards (AML, CDD, EDD).

• Conduct risk assessments and customer due diligence in line with global AML guidelines.

• Escalate suspicious activities to the compliance team and ensure appropriate documentation.

• Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure processes are aligned with global standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth case handling and closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 10 years of relevant experience in AML, KYC, CDD, or financial crime compliance.

• Strong knowledge of AML regulations such as FATF, USA PATRIOT Act, EU AML Directives, etc.

• Experience in working with tools like WorldCheck, LexisNexis, RDC, Actimize (preferred).

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
