Dexian Hiring for  KYC Analyst – Pune

We are looking for KYC professionals with strong experience in end-to-end KYC, global KYC processes, periodic reviews, and client onboarding. The role offers exposure to global regulatory standards, complex client structures, and high-quality compliance workflows.

 Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end KYC reviews for retail, corporate, and institutional clients.
• Manage client onboarding, periodic KYC reviews, and remediation activities as per internal policies and global regulations.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) based on risk classification.
• Review and validate KYC documentation such as IDs, corporate documents, ownership details, and source of funds.
• Execute sanctions screening, PEP screening, and adverse media checks using approved tools and databases.
• Identify high-risk clients or suspicious information and escalate appropriately to Compliance teams.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of KYC files with well-documented audit trails.
• Collaborate with operations, onboarding, and compliance teams to resolve data gaps or discrepancies.
• Maintain adherence to SLAs, productivity metrics, quality standards, and regulatory timelines.
• Support process improvements, audit preparations, and compliance initiatives as needed.

Must-Have Skills
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML frameworks, global regulations, and due diligence procedures.
• Hands-on experience in global KYC, end-to-end KYC, onboarding, and periodic reviews.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder interactions effectively.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a compliance-driven environment.
