Dexian Hiring for Risk & Control Professionals – Pune
Responsibilities:
- Perform risk assessments and control testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational risks within financial processes.
- Conduct SOX compliance testing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance risk management frameworks and improve control processes.
- Prepare risk reports, document findings, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support audit reviews and assist in implementing corrective action plans.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Risk & Control within the financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience in Control Testing and compliance monitoring.
- SOX experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
