Dexian is Hiring | Client Onboarding – Investment Banking | Pune

The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for trustees and corporate entities, ensuring full compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements within the investment banking framework.

 Roles & Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Documentation

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of trustees and corporate clients

• Review and verify corporate documentation including incorporation documents, board resolutions, trust deeds, and ownership structures

• Ensure accurate capture of client data in internal systems

KYC & Due Diligence

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required

• Perform periodic KYC reviews and remediation activities

• Identify and escalate discrepancies, incomplete documentation, or risk concerns

AML & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to AML regulations and internal compliance policies

• Perform risk assessments and client risk profiling

• Liaise with compliance teams to resolve complex onboarding cases

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams

• Ensure onboarding timelines are met within agreed SLAs

• Provide status updates and maintain proper audit trails

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Onboarding (Investment Banking preferred)

• Strong exposure to KYC, periodic reviews, and AML compliance

• Experience handling trustees and corporate entities

• Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and due diligence standards

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
