Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 2-7 years in AML, CDD, EDD, Transaction Monitoring, SAR, Sanction Screening, OFAC, or PEP Analysis.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial crime risk management and regulatory compliance processes.
• Skills: Proficiency in AML/KYC systems, transaction monitoring tools, and screening platforms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Work Mode: Ability to work on-site and handle rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures to assess and mitigate financial crime risks.
• Perform transaction monitoring to identify suspicious activities and investigate unusual transactions in real-time.
• Utilize various screening tools to perform Sanction Screening, OFAC, and PEP analysis to ensure compliance with global regulations.
• Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and escalate issues to senior management or regulators as required.
• Maintain accurate records of KYC processes and customer transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline compliance operations and implement best practices.

Joining Period:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice period will be preferred.
