We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AML Associate to join our Legal team. This role is perfect for early-career professionals passionate about anti-money laundering, financial crime prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze customer transactions for suspicious activity
• Conduct preliminary investigations and draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Perform KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on clients
• Monitor and escalate alerts from transaction monitoring systems
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records
• Assist in periodic AML audits and internal reviews
• Keep up with local AML regulations and global compliance trends
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams on ongoing initiatives

Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of AML experience within the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Criminology, or related fields
• ACAMS or equivalent AML certification preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Sound knowledge of AML regulations and financial systems
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential data
