Hiring for  AML Fraud Trainer –  Pune 

We are looking for an experienced AML Fraud Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure new hires and existing team members are equipped with strong process knowledge, compliance awareness, and analytical skills aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire and refresher training sessions (classroom/virtual) on AML and fraud investigation processes.

• Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) support, offering continuous feedback and coaching to enhance agent performance and accuracy.

• Collaborate with quality and operations teams to identify learning gaps and implement effective training interventions.

• Ensure all training content and delivery align with client guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Track training effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a process trainer, preferably in AML/Fraud operations.

• Strong understanding of AML, fraud detection, and financial crime prevention processes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to deliver training in a structured, engaging, and impactful manner.

• Prior experience with UK shift operations is preferred.
