Key Responsibilities:
- Chargeback Handling: Process chargebacks for international transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and protocols.
- AML Compliance: Conduct transaction monitoring and AML checks to detect and prevent financial crimes, adhering to global financial compliance standards.
- KYC Verification: Review customer data and documents to ensure compliance with KYC requirements, verifying identities and conducting due diligence.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer disputes efficiently, ensuring all issues are handled in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on chargebacks, AML investigations, KYC compliance, and dispute resolutions for internal use and regulatory bodies when required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate operations, maintaining strong communication throughout processes.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve chargebacks, disputes, and potential compliance issues.
- Proficiency in AML and KYC processes and experience in transaction monitoring and financial crime prevention.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international financial regulations and best practices for chargeback and dispute management.
