Job Description

  • Lead corporate onboarding or client onboarding quality control teams
  • Develop frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards
  • Drive excellence in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Financial Crime domains
  • Ensure adherence to Global KYC and CDD standards
  • Oversee EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) processes to mitigate high-risk client scenarios
  • Manage end-to-end quality control for client onboarding processes
  • Review and approve onboarding cases to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Lead, mentor, and manage onboarding and quality control teams
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning
  • Design training programs to enhance compliance expertise within the team
  • Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, relationship managers, senior leadership) to address issues
  • Communicate effectively with external auditors and regulatory bodies during reviews
  • Identify and address gaps in onboarding and compliance processes
  • Stay updated with evolving regulations to mitigate risks proactively

  • Key Skills and Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in AML, Financial Crime, EDD, KYC, and CDD processes
    • Deep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks
    • Proven ability in people management and leadership roles
    • Strong track record in leading diverse and high-performing teams
    • Exceptional analytical mindset to assess risks and resolve complex onboarding scenarios
    • Ability to implement effective quality control measures
    • Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, clients, and regulators
