Hiring for AML KYC analyst

Conduct end-to-end KYC Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for commercial clients
Verify account opening forms for completeness and accuracy
Conduct Name screening, due diligence, and adverse media matches
Confirm KYC data requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Collect relevant KYC information as per the checklist provided
Undertake research via internal and external sources to verify customer information
Review AML and Sanctions Questionnaires, if applicable
Assess and review the completion of the Customer Risk Assessment
Ensure appropriate checks and controls are in place to ensure files are processed correctly
Coordinates
Manage workflow and ensure timely submission of completed files to final approvers
Support the Risk & Control Manager to identify onboarding and KYC resource shortfalls against the department capacity plan
Assist the Team Leader with projects and deliverables to meet deadlines
Identify and recommend continuous improvements to onboarding and KYC-related systems, processes, and practices
Prepare
Implement Group Internal Audit, Regulatory, and Compliance recommendations relating to onboarding and KYC

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Banking, Finance, or related field
Preferred certification in Compliance, KYC/AML/CFT, Financial Crime, or Risk Management
