Hiring for AML KYC analyst – Hyderabad
A leading multinational company is hiring for roles in Conduct Risk, Risk & Control, Investment Banking, Business Controls, and RCSA.
Position Details
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 to 13 years of relevant experience
- Strong preference for candidates with a Back Office background rather than Front Office
Job Location:
Compensation:
- Salary hike of up to 25-30% on your current CTC
- Target range: ₹16 LPA to ₹25 LPA (depending on experience and current CTC)
Working Hours:
- Shift timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Notice Period:
- Candidates with an immediate to 90-day notice period are eligible to apply
Interview Process:
- Virtual Interview Date: 31st January 2025
Candidate Profile
Key Skills and Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in:
- Conduct Risk and Risk Management processes
- Investment Banking operations
- Business Controls and oversight
- Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
- Proven ability to work in complex risk and compliance environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with operational processes in the Back Office
