Are you a dedicated KYC/AML professional with 3 to 5 years of experience? We are expanding our compliance team and seeking talented individuals who are passionate about maintaining regulatory standards and preventing financial crime. As an AML/KYC Analyst II, you will play a key role in performing thorough client screening, alert reviews, and ongoing due diligence.

 Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Query Static Screening (QSS) analysis, verifying client information using LexisNexis Bridger Insight.

• Perform independent investigations using multiple data sources and collaborate closely with relationship managers to complete accurate alert assessments.

• Update and amend client profiles to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Assist and provide guidance to AML/KYC/Prevention teams regarding screening results and alert escalations.

• Ensure due diligence processes are rigorously followed, maintaining the highest quality and accuracy in all deliverables.

• Escalate suspicious or high-risk alerts promptly in accordance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Keep abreast of sanctions regulations and industry best practices to contribute effectively to the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in KYC/AML compliance, ideally within banking or financial services.

• Proven experience working with LexisNexis Bridger Insight and familiarity with sanctions operations is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
