Hiring for AML/KYC Analyst – UAE
We are actively seeking a skilled Analyst, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) to join a leading financial institution in the UAE. This role offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary of AED 15,000. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AML, KYC, and financial crime compliance, with experience in conducting due diligence assessments.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Analyst, Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Location: Hybrid (UAE-based candidates only)

- Experience Required: 3-5 years in AML/CDD operations
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Banking, Finance (certifications in Compliance, AML/KYC/CFT, or Financial Crime preferred)
Responsibilities:
Customer Due Diligence & Compliance:
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for individuals and corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, AML laws, and international standards such as FATF and EU directives.
- Verify and assess KYC documentation, risk profiles, and beneficial ownership structures.
- Identify high-risk customers, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and suspicious transactions.
Risk Analysis & Transaction Monitoring:
- Perform risk-based assessments on customer accounts to detect financial crime risks.
- Work closely with AML investigators to monitor and report suspicious activities.
- Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) policies.
Regulatory Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Assist in preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and escalate cases as required.
- Keep updated with regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the UAE and internationally.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance frameworks and due diligence operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of CDD, EDD, KYC, AML, and Financial Crime Compliance.
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks, FATF guidelines, and global AML policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment with a risk-based approach.
- Proficiency in compliance software, transaction monitoring systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
