Hiring for  AML/KYC Experts – Hyderabad

Join our team supporting a leading global financial client. We are expanding our AML/KYC operations and looking for passionate professionals at multiple levels to manage complex processes, strengthen compliance frameworks, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Open Positions

• Team Lead (TL): 8+ years (including 1.5+ years handling a team of 10–20)

• Subject Matter Expert (SME): 5+ years

• Senior Analyst (SPE): 2.5+ years

• Overall Experience Range: 3–14 years

 Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for individuals and corporate entities

• Manage KYC onboarding, periodic renewals, and reviews in line with global standards

• Identify, analyze, and escalate suspicious activities, transactions, and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)

• Collaborate with compliance, front-office, operations, and international teams to resolve complex cases

• Support process improvements and contribute to reporting and metric enhancements

• Ensure timely escalation of high-risk cases to senior stakeholders

• For Team Leads: Lead, mentor, and manage teams of 10–20 analysts, driving performance, quality, and productivity

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of AML/KYC experience within banking or financial services

• Strong knowledge of CDD, EDD, onboarding, KYC reviews, and regulatory compliance

• Ability to interpret and manage complex client ownership structures

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• For Team Leads: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
