Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the AML/KYC team
• Develop and maintain AML/CTF controls in alignment with regulatory frameworks
• Provide recommendations to the AML/CTF Officer regarding issues and incidents
• Ensure oversight and compliance with all AML/CTF, KYC, and Sanctions obligations
• Supervise team performance and support continuous development
Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience in AML/CTF
• Strong understanding of Australian regulatory requirements
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and handle escalations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
