Hiring for Associate / Sr. Associate, Due Diligence – Mumbai
As part of the Global Support Group, you will play a key role in conducting due diligence research to help organizations mitigate risk, comply with regulations, and make informed business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, global stakeholder interaction, and adherence to compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth due diligence research on companies, entities, and individuals using public records, databases, and open-source intelligence (OSINT).
Prepare comprehensive risk reports with accuracy, quality checks, and well-documented findings.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Continuously enhance research methodologies, industry knowledge, and compliance best practices.
Support in ensuring compliance with global AML, KYC, FCPA, OFAC, and anti-bribery regulations.
Identify potential financial, regulatory, reputational, and legal risks in client engagements.
Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate with 3+ years’ experience in due diligence, compliance research, or risk analysis.
Strong analytical, investigative, and writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with AML, FCPA, OFAC, and global compliance frameworks preferred.
Bonus: Finance/Economics background or certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or equivalent.
