Locations: Bangalore
Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Financial Crime Compliance Testing and Audit
Experience Required:
- 7-8 years of experience in Financial Crime and Audit.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct and oversee financial crime compliance testing.
- Perform audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Report findings and collaborate with onshore teams in the APAC region.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial crime regulations.
- Proficiency in audit procedures and compliance testing.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Reporting To:
- Onshore team in the APAC region.
Vice President (VP) – Financial Crime Compliance Testing and Audit
Experience Required:
- 11-14 years of experience, with at least 7 years in Internal Audit and 10 years in Financial Crime.
- Experience with Indian banks, captive firms, or consulting firms.
- Seasoned AVPs can also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial crime compliance testing and audit team.
- Develop and implement audit strategies to mitigate financial crime risks.
- Collaborate with onshore teams in the APAC region for compliance and audit processes.
Key Skills:
- In-depth understanding of financial crime regulations and internal audit.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent strategic and operational skills.
