Hiring for  Compliance Assistant – UAE

We are actively seeking a Compliance Assistant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services industry.

As a Compliance Assistant, you will support the compliance team by ensuring that all regulatory and internal policies are adhered to, helping maintain the integrity and reputation of the organization. You will assist in monitoring compliance activities, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day compliance operations within a fast-paced environment.

 Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs in line with UAE regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation and reports.

• Conduct preliminary reviews of transactions, client onboarding, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory mandates.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and assist in resolving compliance-related queries.

• Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance training sessions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and industry best practices within the UAE insurance and financial services sectors.

• Support the compliance team in risk assessments, policy updates, and day-to-day operational activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in the UAE, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services sectors.

• Good understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks related to compliance and financial services.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
