We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Associate to join our growing team in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic fintech environment focused on virtual assets. You will be responsible for supporting key compliance activities, including onboarding, monitoring, and regulatory reporting, while gaining deep exposure to global regulatory frameworks and virtual asset operations.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures.

• Facilitate company onboarding with exchanges, custodians, and other virtual asset ecosystem partners.

• Support day-to-day compliance operations, including transaction monitoring reviews and risk assessments.

• Assist with regulatory reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate submissions to relevant authorities.

• Coordinate and manage internal audits and investigations, working closely with compliance leadership.

• Track and monitor ongoing regulatory developments in the virtual assets and financial compliance landscape, particularly within the UAE.

Candidate Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance, client onboarding, or regulatory operations, preferably in the fintech or virtual assets sector.

• Familiarity with the UAE regulatory landscape, including Central Bank of UAE, VARA, and other relevant authorities.

• Strong understanding of AML/CFT frameworks, international compliance standards, and virtual asset regulatory regimes.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate across global teams.
