Hiring for Compliance Associate – Dubai
We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Associate with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and a keen interest in the rapidly evolving world of virtual assets. This role offers high-impact exposure to leadership and a clear path toward growing into a compliance leadership role.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client onboarding processes including KYC, KYB, CDD, and EDD
• Oversee company onboarding on crypto exchanges, custodians, and platforms
• Monitor transactions and support day-to-day compliance operations
• Prepare regulatory reports and ensure timely filings
• Assist with internal audits and investigative reviews
• Stay current on virtual asset regulatory developments and frameworks
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance/onboarding, preferably in fintech or virtual assets
• Familiarity with UAE’s financial regulatory environment
• Sound understanding of AML/CFT frameworks and virtual asset regulations
• Detail-oriented, with strong communication and analytical skills
