Hiring for Compliance Officer – Arabic Speaker – Abu Dhabi
Are you an experienced compliance professional fluent in Arabic? We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team and contribute to upholding regulatory standards and ensuring ethical business practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable local and international laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations
• Draft, review, and maintain compliance-related documents in both Arabic and English
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors
• Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
• Support the development and delivery of compliance training and awareness programs across departments
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes in the UAE and globally
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
