Analah21 Real Estate Brokerage LLC is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to ensure our operations meet UAE regulatory standards, particularly in AML, risk management, and DFSA compliance. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of local and federal regulations and have a proven track record of implementing effective compliance frameworks within a regulated industry.

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing internal compliance programs to safeguard the company from regulatory breaches and reputational risks. This role requires a proactive professional with expertise in AML/CFT regulations, risk assessment, and governance best practices.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company’s compliance policies and procedures in line with UAE laws and DFSA guidelines.

• Ensure full adherence to UAE Federal AML regulations, monitoring for suspicious activities and reporting where necessary.

• Conduct risk assessments for new and existing clients to identify potential AML/CFT risks.

• Oversee Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes for onboarding and periodic reviews.

• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.

• Provide compliance training to staff to ensure awareness of regulatory requirements and ethical business practices.

• Liaise with legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory bodies to resolve compliance issues effectively.

• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and enforcement actions to ensure the company’s compliance framework remains current and effective.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in compliance, AML, or risk management (Financial Services experience preferred; Real Estate/Legal sector experience a plus).

• Certifications: ICA, CAMS, or CRCM highly desirable.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of DFSA regulations and UAE Federal AML laws.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Finance (Master’s degree preferred).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
