Hiring for Corporate KYC Analyst – Noida
Capgemini is actively seeking professionals with foundational to mid-level experience in Corporate or Entity KYC processes. The selected candidates will be part of a global KYC team responsible for onboarding, reviewing, and remediating corporate clients while ensuring compliance with internal policies and global regulatory standards. Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews for a range of corporate entities, including onboarding, periodic reviews, and KYC refresh
Assess and verify a variety of legal entity structures such as corporations, partnerships, trusts, SPVs, and foundations
Identify and validate Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) based on global regulatory requirements
Review and analyze supporting documents such as incorporation certificates, board resolutions, tax documents, licenses, and ownership structures
Ensure full compliance with internal KYC policies and external regulatory standards for various jurisdictions
Escalate and document potential red flags, adverse media findings, PEP (Politically Exposed Person) connections, and sanctions-related risks
Collaborate with compliance, legal, and client-facing teams to close documentation gaps and resolve discrepancies
Maintain high-quality records and input accurate client information into internal systems and KYC tools
Apply risk-based thinking when assessing the complexity or risk level of the client entity
Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes, global compliance practices, and Capgemini’s internal procedural updates
Candidate Profile
0.7 months to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate KYC, client onboarding, or financial crime compliance
Basic to intermediate knowledge of KYC requirements for different entity types (corporate, partnership, trust, etc.)
Ability to interpret complex documentation and structure client profiles accurately
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and explain findings
Adaptability to shift schedules and ability to meet tight deadlines
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FATF, AMLD (EU), SEBI, or global banking standards
Experience with KYC tools, client onboarding platforms, or workflow systems is a plus
Exposure to working with international clients or supporting global regions is an added advantage
