Hiring for End-to-End Gurgaonc– Gurgaon

We are looking for skilled KYC professionals to join our team and support a wide range of high-net-worth and institutional clients across global markets. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a large-scale, global compliance operation with growth-oriented responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end KYC onboarding and refresh processes for various client types, including HNIs, corporates, funds, charities, SPVs, trusts, and partnerships

• Conduct transaction monitoring and assess client risk ratings based on jurisdiction, entity type, and nature of business

• Perform high-risk country reviews and evaluate enhanced due diligence (EDD) requirements where necessary

• Analyze Source of Wealth (SOW) and apply region-specific due diligence standards, particularly for European and ASEAN markets

• Review and validate a variety of documentation types to ensure compliance with local and global AML/KYC regulations

• Ensure timely and accurate KYC updates while adhering to internal compliance and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with internal teams across risk, legal, compliance, and operations to address exceptions and escalate complex cases

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in handling diverse client types and documentation

• In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and client onboarding processes

• Prior experience supporting European and/or ASEAN jurisdictions is highly preferred

• Familiarity with complex entity structures and documentation standards

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements
